<p>If the fat slob who gets into bodybuilding can pack on serious muscle by doing hardly any work and eating junk why is it that a motivated skinny guy can&#8217;t build mass, muscle and strength with a good diet and a solid exercise plan?</p>

<p>The answer lies in the differences in body type and their respective metabolisms.</p>
<p> 
<p>There are three main body types:</p>
<p> 
<ul>
<p> 
<li><strong>The Endomorph</strong> are the big guys, the round guys who put on weight easily but find it very difficult to lose it. The metabolism in an Endomorph is very slow so a lot of excess energy from food gets stored as fat and if they are bodybuilding the slow metabolism allows the muscle to gain the nutrients it needs before it is burnt or stored allowing them to build muscle quite easily. </li>
<p> 
<li><strong>The Mesomorphs</strong> are the mid ranged body types, typically considered the best all round athletes they have a moderate metabolism allowing them to put on muscle and <a href="http://www.bestweight-lossprograms.com" target=_self>lose weight</a> the lucky devils! </li>
<p> 
<li><strong>The Ectomorph</strong> is you, the skinny guy who builds mass &amp; muscle very poorly because your metabolism burns through the energy food gives you so fast that there is nothing left to store as fat cell and also there is nothing left to feed the muscle! </li>

<p>So that being said, <em>is it possible for an ectomorph to pack on pounds of lean muscle?</em> <strong>Yes!</strong> but you need to approach bodybuilding is a different way to the other body types.</p>
<p> 
<p>The first thing you need to do is adjust your diet drastically, you need to eat more, much much more. You need a LOT more calories that you usually would so there is enough nutrients to feed and grow muscles after workouts. This can be hard for some skinny guys as they get too full so concentrate on foods that are dense in calories such as avocados, tuna and salmon in olive oil, whole eggs, potatoes, pasta and rice.</p>
<p> 
<p>You also need to concentrate on intensity of a workout not the length of time. Lots of reps will not get the blood flowing into the right places you need to lift heavier weights fewer times and really challenge the strength of those muscles not their endurance for the skinny guy to build mass &amp; muscle FAST.</p>

<p>You hear it all the time about how people are getting more and more over weight. With all the diet programs built around helping a person <a href="http://www.bestweight-lossprograms.com" target=_self>lose weight</a> and look good a rather &#8220;smaller&#8221; type of person often gets over looked. There are countless people who have been born with a metabolism that moves at the speed of light. These are the type of people that can eat three cheeseburgers and lose two pounds. To the over weight people of the world these people are blessed. But if you ask any one who cannot gain weight if their life depended on it you would be surprised at the answer. They want to know how to gain weight fast and where they can find a weight gain program that works. Here&#8217;s why.</p>
<p>When you are skinny you look around at the guys and girls that are built well with envy. It seems like no matter how hard skinny people try to gain weight they just cannot. Most skinny people would trade places with a person who is a little overweight because they know they could work out and lose that weight with a little effort. While the person who is a little over weight looks at the skinny person and tells them they should be happy they are so small.</p>

How would you like to take your shirt off at the swimming pool and have people make bird noises when they see how small your chest is. Unless you have been there you never really think about it.</p>
<p>It used to be that if a skinny person wanted to gain weight they would have to turn to steroids. Today there is good news for those of us that are skinny and want to learn how to gain weight fast. If you are really ready to work at it then you can gain weight and build muscle. With the advances of modern technology and the way nutritionist have analyzed food it is all about following a properly mapped out drug free program.</p>

<p>High school, most of us have many happy memories about it. Many of our most memorable experiences come from this carefree moment in our lives. And as each student prepare for this time of their lives, they also discover the joy of meeting the opposite sex. Teenage boys for one will do most anything to create a good impression and one of them is having a well chiseled body. This is when most teenage boys would think about working out and lifting weights. </p>
<p>Remember your own teenage years? Do you continually <a href="http://www.ebookisdead.net/cgi-bin/amazon_products_feed.cgi?Operation=ItemSearch&amp;Keywords=muscle&amp;SearchIndex=Books" target="_blank">compare muscle gain</a> with some of your friends? It was that then and it is still that way now. In fact, it is more prevalent today as more teenage boys are becoming more conscious of their bodies. There is simply no denying it; gaining muscle is the in thing. </p>
<p>As a parent, it is wise to support this mentality, not only will your teenage son be able have a healthier body, they will also develop self confidence. The problem is, some boys would go take the easier route. They would take steroids or whatever to help facilitate the fastest way in gaining muscle; this will not help them at all, especially in the determination and motivation department. As a parent it is their duty to show them the proper way to grow muscles.</p>
<p>The best way to <a href="http://www.bestweight-lossprograms.com" target=_self>gain muscle</a>s would always be the tried and tested means, the proper diet and a rigorous and painstaking weight lifting workout regimen. A proper diet will be determined if your son is overweight or underweight. In the first scenario, your kid should <a href="http://www.bestweight-lossprograms.com" target=_self>lose weight</a> first and eliminate body fat. Muscle building will follow suit after at least a significant weight loss is experienced.</p>
<p>This diet would mean eliminating fats and calories; just enough should remain for fueling muscle growth. In the latter, it is the opposite, a skinny kid should eat more but should have the proper intake so that body fat is not created, rigorous strength training should be done simultaneously to build up bulk, mostly of muscles. </p>
<p>It is not advisable to immediately push a teenage boy into a full intense workout as their body is still developing. They should be gradually introduced in the program to allow their body to adjust. Make sure also that they have sufficient rest as teenage boys are a bundle of energy. Redirecting this energy in a well planned workout program will allow them to maximize the use of their energy. </p>
<p>Most importantly though it is the attitude that should be set first before embarking on <a href="http://www.stopfitness.com/lossfat-gainmuscle.html" target="_blank">a gaining muscle journey</a>.  Teenage boys are easily distracted and they can easily forget that they are working on a goal. They must be determined to finish what they will be starting. With full commitment, they will be able to achieve success in gaining muscle in no time at all. </p>
<p>These are just some of the things one must consider when starting a program of gaining muscle. There are lots more, but most importantly, it is all about discipline. Having a healthy and great looking body works wonders to a person, especially to a teenage boy. There is nothing quite like the present to start on this fruitful journey. So there you go.</p>

<p>Building Lean muscle is achieved in the process of losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time. It&#8217;s often a hard balance to achieve, but when it&#8217;s done correctly, the results are far more impressive. <p>Some people have probably told you that the best way to gain ripped lean muscle is to do low weights but high reps. It&#8217;s true this is a good way to achieve some definition &#8211; however it can&#8217;t be relied upon, because if you do this to much &#8211; you&#8217;ll get smaller and smaller! It&#8217;s true &#8211; without high weights your muscles will lose size. Less weight lifted always means less muscle growth.</p>

<p>If you do 20 Reps of 20 Pounds every day on the bicep curls, your body will eventually get bored. You may think that doing it over and over again is going to really get things going, but it won&#8217;t. The body adapts to much weights, and will only grow to the point at which it&#8217;s capable of repeatedly lifting that weight.</p>

<p>Your goal should be to improve your weights every week at least. Even if the improvement is only slight, the body will always be on it&#8217;s toes, so to speak. If you keep adding weight week by week, it won&#8217;t be long before the body grows a lot stronger and bigger. It also pays to mix up the actual exercises you&#8217;re using on a regular basis.</p>

<p>Building Lean muscle requires very specific training routines and dietary habits. To really get the results we dream of, we need the right routines, and the right diet. For some it&#8217;s possible to create their own diets and routines, but for others it&#8217;s damn near impossible. Most people fall into the latter category. Why? Because it&#8217;s not easy. Simple as that. It&#8217;s not easy at all to create an effective plan to get lean muscle mass. But Luckily, people have done it for us.</p>
